We prepare and submit planning applications, ensuring compliance with policies while addressing potential challenges to maximise approval chances.

  • The preparation and submission of all types of application under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended).

  • To meet Local Planning Authority and national statutory application validation requirements

  • This will include the collation of all requisite additional supporting documentation, and the completion of supporting Planning, Design & Access, and Heritage Impact Assessments, as necessary.

  • We can also provide these supporting statements for other professionals in the field, such as architects practices, adding ‘Chartered Town Planning Consultancy support’ to their projects to provide a professional planning input in support of their own applications.

  • Management of the application via the monitoring of consultation responses and representations from neighbours and interested parties, and responding accordingly to the case officers where necessary.

  • Ensuring applicants are kept up-to-date on the progress of their applications.
