To meet Local Planning Authority and national statutory application validation requirements
This will include the collation of all requisite additional supporting documentation, and the completion of supporting Planning, Design & Access, and Heritage Impact Assessments, as necessary.
We can also provide these supporting statements for other professionals in the field, such as architects practices, adding ‘Chartered Town Planning Consultancy support’ to their projects to provide a professional planning input in support of their own applications.
Management of the application via the monitoring of consultation responses and representations from neighbours and interested parties, and responding accordingly to the case officers where necessary.
Ensuring applicants are kept up-to-date on the progress of their applications.
